Brew Guides

A little guidance for your daily creative ritual. Start with the coffee profile you enjoy, then choose the format that works with your brewer.

Find your coffee

Whole bean or espresso ground?

Whole bean: you need a grinder. Choose your grind for the method you use. It gives you flexibility across French press, drip and espresso.

Espresso ground: coffee already ground for an espresso setup. It is not a universal grind for every brewer.

French press

Start with whole beans and grind coarse for your French press. Espresso-ground coffee is not the format recommended for this guide. Follow your brewer’s instructions for capacity and handling hot water.

Espresso

Use an espresso-ground option or grind whole beans for your machine. For the Colombia coffee, a starting point is 18–20 g for a double shot at around 200°F and 25–30 seconds. Adjust for your equipment and taste.

Keep your coffee ready

Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place. Grind whole beans close to brewing and follow the cleaning instructions for your equipment.
