All orders are processed automatically through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Coffee orders are roasted and shipped fresh after your purchase.
Merch orders (apparel, mugs, etc.) are made to order and may take a little longer to produce.

We’re not Amazon. We’re better — because your stuff is crafted, not mass-produced.

Processing time:

Shipping time depends on where you are, what you ordered, and if Mercury is in retrograde.

But generally:

Please note: Your items may arrive in separate packages. That’s normal. It just means your order is too awesome to be contained in one box.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and the alignment of the creative stars.

We offer free shipping on select orders — stay tuned or subscribe for deals.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number faster than you can say “triple espresso.”
