By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms — even if you’re just here for the memes and caffeine.
1. Fulfillment & Shipping
We don’t roast the beans or sew the shirts ourselves — your order is fulfilled by our trusted dropshipping partners.
That means:
☕ Coffee ships from magical caffeine headquarters.
👕 Merch ships from wherever the robots are doing their job.
Some items might ship separately. That’s normal. Coffee doesn’t like to cuddle with mugs in transit.
2. Product Availability
If something sells out mid-checkout (you’ve got good taste), we’ll reach out with options: refund, swap, or dramatic emotional support.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are in USD and subject to change if inflation keeps drinking espresso.
Payment is securely processed — we never see your card info. Pinky promise.
4. Returns & Refunds
Before asking for a refund, please visit our [Return & Refund Policy].

5. Intellectual Property
Everything you see here — our branding, photos, and that weird coffee-fueled wit — belongs to us. Don’t steal it. Be cool.
6. Liability (AKA The “Don’t Sue Us” Part)
We’re not liable for shipping delays, weather tantrums, or if you drink too much espresso and write a screenplay in one sitting.
Our liability ends at the value of your purchase. That’s the law. We checked.
