Welcome to Creativos Coffee Co. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Fulfillment and shipping

Our fulfillment partners produce and dispatch orders. Creativos Coffee Co. does not roast the coffee or manufacture the merchandise itself. Items may ship separately.

Coffee shipping is currently available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We are not currently shipping coffee to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. territories. See our Shipping Policy for coverage, rates and delivery information.

2. Product availability

If an item becomes unavailable during checkout, we will contact you about a refund or an alternative.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change. Review the order total, shipping charges and selected purchase option before paying. Payments are processed through the checkout payment providers.

4. Returns and refunds

Please review our Return and Refund Policy for coffee and merchandise conditions, reporting deadlines and how to request help.

5. Intellectual property

Our branding, photographs and original content belong to Creativos Coffee Co.

6. Liability

We are not liable for shipping delays. Our liability ends at the value of your purchase.
