Where do you ship coffee?
To the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We are not currently shipping coffee to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. territories. You can order from Puerto Rico for delivery to an eligible address. See our Shipping Policy.
Is this Puerto Rican coffee?
Creativos Coffee has Puerto Rican roots. The origin of the beans is listed on each coffee page. Our Colombia coffees come from Colombia; Café Oscuro comes from Guatemala.
Whole bean or espresso ground?
Choose whole bean if you have a grinder and want to set the grind for your brewer. Choose espresso ground for a ready-ground espresso option. A French press needs a coarser grind; choose whole bean and grind accordingly.
How do subscriptions work?
Select the subscription on the product page and check its frequency. Some coffees renew every four weeks; others renew every month. These are different schedules. Quantity is the number of bags per delivery. The selected plan and price appear in your cart.
Do you offer free shipping?
Qualifying orders receive free shipping to eligible destinations. Current offers do not combine with other product or order discounts. Review the final shipping charge at checkout, especially when applying a discount code.
How long does delivery take?
Processing comes before dispatch; transit starts after the package is handed to the carrier. Shipping options and estimates appear at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return an order?
Report incorrect or damaged coffee within 7 days of delivery. Eligible merchandise returns must be requested within 14 days; items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. See the Return and Refund Policy for conditions.
Why are there separate packages?
Coffee and merchandise may be fulfilled separately. Digital gift cards do not require physical shipping.
