We’re creatives — we get it. Sometimes things go wrong. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds, without the corporate robot-speak.


☕ Coffee Products (A.K.A. The Sacred Beans)

Coffee is roasted just for you when you order. That means it’s fresh, unique… and non-refundable.

We can’t accept returns on coffee — unless we messed up.

Got the wrong roast? Bag showed up looking like it lost a fight? Let us know within 7 days of delivery, send us a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right. No drama, just solutions.


👕 Merch & Accessories

We’re a little more flexible here.

If your mug, t-shirt, or other merch item shows up broken, misprinted, or looking nothing like what you ordered, we’ll take care of it.

✔ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

✔ Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

✖ No returns on “just didn’t vibe with it”

📦 Return shipping is on you — unless it was our fault.


🚨 How to Start a Return

Don’t send us smoke signals — just shoot us an email at elysantacreative@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short note on what happened

  • A photo if something looks off

We’ll respond faster than your third coffee kicks in.
