Shipping Policy

Coffee shipping is currently available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We are not currently shipping coffee to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. territories.

Our fulfillment partners prepare and dispatch orders. Processing and carrier transit are separate stages, and items may arrive in separate packages.

For incorrect or damaged coffee, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See the Return and Refund Policy for the applicable conditions.
